using encryption and firewall technology throughout the payment process.

Payments submitted after 3 p.m. EST daily will be processed the next
business day. Payments made online will be an electronic transaction and
may be withdrawn from your account on the day we receive your payment.
If you do not wish to have your online payment processed electronically,
please use one of our other methods of payment, such as credit card or
mailing a check/money order.
This system is accessible to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. There may be times when the system is down for maintenance and is
inaccessible.
America’s Office Source will not be responsible for any errors in the
information that you provide. Any information that you enter in this
system will be used for the processing of your payment only and will not
be shared with any third parties.
The following information is necessary in order to complete an on-line
electronic payment. Please specify in the box titled "Special Payment
Instructions" to which invoice(s) your payment should be applied. Please
have your checking account information as well as your customer number
ready because you will need this to complete your online payment. You
are prompted to enter a check number; however, it is not required.
